These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts situate in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. If any provision of these Terms of Use is declared unlawful, void or, for any reason, unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the other terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and any term or statement elsewhere on this Site, these Terms of Use shall control and prevail.
